In keeping with the no-fee spirit of the Baselers, we are happy to announce the following:
- Registration fees — none
- Cleaning fees — $115 for 3 nights or less, no fee for stays of 4 nights or longer
NOTE: The cleaning fee is included in all reservations. If you are staying 4 nights or longer, be sure to enter CleaningFee in the coupon code box during the reservation process to remove the fee. Enter exactly as shown, because coupon codes are case-sensitive.
- Extra person charges — none – 8 guests maximum
- Security deposit — none when you pay with a valid credit card and keep the credit card active for at least one month after your departure
Rates do not include taxes. We must add 9.75% sales tax and 3% lodging tax to your total bill (total of 12.75% tax).
- A 30% deposit is due is due at time of booking; the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- No cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival. We highly recommend, but do not require, the purchase of travel insurance to protect you in the event of unforeseen circumstances (see Policies).
- Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to stay: If we rebook your dates, we will refund your deposit less a $100 administration fee. If we do not rebook your dates, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Partial rebookings will be pro-rated accordingly.
